Lifestyle Caddy

Do your health issues prevent you from being your best?  We can help.  Just as a golf caddy helps you navigate the golf course, your Lifestyle Caddy will help you navigate your individual challenges.  Following a 1-hour telephone consultation, you will receive a personalized report consisting of observations, recommendations, and resources.  Additional sessions with your Lifestyle Caddy may be scheduled as needed.  Common topics include: 

  • What to eat and drink during a round of golf  
  • Chaos in life 
  • Mood swings 
  • Anger management 
  • Weight management 
  • Stress management
  • Fatigue/lack of energy 
  • Digestive issues 
  • Sleep issues
  • Anxiety
